Free AI humaniser: what you get and where the limits are

A free humaniser is enough for an occasional rewrite of a shorter text, but it usually rewrites only a short passage at a time and tells you little about what it does to the text. In DetekceGPT you get two rewrites per 30 days without signing in, for texts of up to 3,000 characters. A free account gives you five humanisations per 30 days, longer texts, the deep rewrite and an analysis before and after the rewrite. The paid plan mainly adds volume, work with files and uploading your own sample texts.

What to watch for with free tools

Free versions of humanisers usually rewrite only a few hundred words at a time, so you have to chop a longer text into pieces and each piece comes out slightly differently. Some makers even state openly that their free version runs on a weaker model than the paid one.

The second question is what happens to the text. With some tools, pasted texts are used for training by default; with others, the privacy policy says nothing about pasted texts at all. Before you paste in a paper, an assessment or a manuscript, check what the terms say about it.

What you get in DetekceGPT without paying

The demo on the website needs no sign-in. You paste a text of 100 to 3,000 characters, pick the text type and get the rewrite together with the machine feel before and after it. There are two demo rewrites per 30 days, and we do not store the text — it goes through the rewrite and is discarded.

A free account adds five humanisations per 30 days, texts of up to 300,000 characters per rewrite, the deep rewrite and an analysis that shows what was removed and which checks passed. Together with detection, you have 300,000 characters per 30 days. Texts stay only in your history and are used only to make your own detection and humanisation more accurate.

When it is worth paying

The Pro plan makes sense when you rewrite regularly: it gives you 200 humanisations per day, 4,000,000 characters per month, loading text from a file, downloading the result and uploading your own work as sample texts, which the rewrite uses to keep your style. You will find the current price on the pricing page.

It does not get you a different rewrite, though. Free and paid go through the same steps — measuring, rewriting according to the text type, adding human irregularities and checking. For the money you get more rewrites, work with files and more of your own samples, not a guarantee that the text will pass a detector.

FAQ

Is the demo without signing in the same as humanisation with an account?

The rewrite goes through the same steps, but the demo has no deep rewrite, no sample texts and no history, and it only takes texts of up to 3,000 characters.

Are humanisations and detections counted separately?

The number is: on the free plan you have five checks and five humanisations per 30 days. The characters are added together, though — the 300,000 per 30 days covers both combined.

What happens when I use up the limit?

The next rewrite will only be possible once the limit renews, or with the Pro plan. Finished humanisations stay in your history.
